Scurry Events are hosting this event at the beautiful Lochore Meadows Country Park.

2026 will again be a triathlon Scotland sanctioned event and the Full distance triathlon will this year count towards the Off Road Triathlon Scotland event rankings.

The full distance enjoys a 1000m swim in the beautiful fresh water of Loch Ore with good safety cover within a friendly swimming environment. The swim will be 2 laps for the full and Aquabike of 500m with an Aussie style beach exit after lap 1 to re-enter the swim for lap 2.

The off road bike covers a mixed terrain 14.4km cycle fast flowing over a 3 lap course (for the Full and Aquabike) and 2 laps for the short and 1 for the Tristars. Each lap takes in a circuit of White Woods, Chapel Chase, Quarry Wood and Lindsay’s Loop. There will be some small technical sections (with rocks, roots and mud) but this will not to be too difficult or challenging.

The full distance and Aqauthlon run then takes in a mixed terrain 5km course which circumnavigates the hilly Clune and an old ironage fort before coming back in by the loch side to the finish. The Short and Tristars do 3km and 2.4km.

Great facilities exist at the park with many attractions for non competing family supporters.
